This qualification allows learners to build upon their existing administrative skills allowing them to manage, evaluate and improve their own performance in a Business Environment. They will be required to assess, manage and monitor risk in a Business Environment while maintaining high levels of Communication and supporting the values of the organisation’
Learners with previous administrative experience, working in administrative roles who may have some responsibility for setting up and monitoring administrative systems, delivering customer service, or running projects and managing staff
Learners must be at least 16 years old and need to be working, volunteering or on practical placement.
