Dare Akosile
Executive Director
Dáre has been with the company since 2014, initially as Delivery Team Leader. He has since functioned as Operations Manager, Contracts Manager and now as Executive Director. With good commercial awareness and IT competences, his main duties are management of Direct Contracts, collaborating with funders, negotiating contract, training staff, supporting management of tenders, and preparing monthly reports & quality audits. Dáre’s role also includes managing office facilities and administrations, with commitment to delivering the highest quality of contract delivery.

Executive Director
Kaminee is one of two Executive Directors and has been with the company since 2014. She has an overall responsibility for the delivery of the training and Educational services. Her background in Operations and as a Trainer, fully equips her in managing and leading the delivery team to grow. Her main aim is to ensure the consistency and effective delivery of all qualifications whilst focusing on delivering at grade 1 standards.

Jankee has been with Care First Training since 2011, helping to provide the foundations for the company as it is today. As a non-executive director, Jankee now supports the company to meet its overall mission by working to ensure an effective, efficient and sustainable business strategy is followed, maintained and improved. As a Member and one of CFT's leaders, this is accompanied by a focus of successfully maintaining a strong, vibrant and standardised staff team.

Deola has been with the company since 2011, initially providing the framework for the delivery of our training and educational services. As a non-executive director, Deola now supports the company to meet its overall mission by providing strategic consultancy and financial planning acumen, working to ensure an effective, efficient and sustainable business strategy is followed, maintained and improved. As a Member and one of CFT's leaders, this is accompanied by a focus of successfully maintaining a strong, vibrant and standardised staff team.

Ola Ariyo
Operations Manager
Ola has been with care first since 2015, initially as an assessor with more responsibility as the Delivery assistant manager and currently as the Operations manager. Ola comes with extensive experience in early Years and solutions delivery in information technology. Her wealth of exposure and skill set amply positions her as pivotal to care first in providing training, qualifications, and support for our learners and across the delivery team. Her main aim is to improve the quality of delivery and operations.

I have over 20 years' experience in both the public and private sector, and over 10 years' experience in working in Further Education. I have experience in management consultation, team building, professional development, as well as a degree in BA Hons in Law and Sociology and DTLLS in the(Lifelong Learning Sector). I hold various Diploma’s in Preparing To Teach in the lifelong learning sector, A level 3 Childcare Certificate, Diploma in Supporting Teaching And Learning In Schools and Diploma for Assessing Candidates Using A Range Of Methods.

Rebecca Riches

Rebecca started with CFT in 2016 as an Exams Officer undertaking a L4 Business Administration Apprenticeship. Once she completed her Apprenticeship, she was promoted to Finance Manager in line with her strong interest in this field, and has completed qualifications in Bookkeeping which has honed her knowledge in Finance. Rebecca oversees all areas of finance and administration including: Accounts payable and receivables, cash management, general ledger, banking & reconciliation, quarterly & yearly management accounts and management reports for the company.

Samantha Archer is responsible for overseeing the Residential Childcare department with over 10 years in both public and private sectors. Samantha has experience in domiciliary care, social work, children with disabilities, safeguarding and is a qualified St John’s Ambulance Mental Health Workplace Responder. Samantha is also qualified in CAVA, AET and IQA.

Johan Pedrono oversees the recruitment of new apprentices onto courses and the upskilling of existing staff members. With close to 10 years experience working with Apprenticeship providers and with the support of a fantastic Recruitment Team, Johan has established long-lasting working relationships with nurseries, care homes and many other businesses.

Since 2018 I have worked at Care First Training, intially as a Trainer in Health & Social Care covering Levels 2-5. I have since qualified as an IQA, and I was promoted to Head of Department for Adult Care. Prior to CFT I have been in the Care Sector for over 30 years working in a variety of environments, ranging from Nursing Homes, Residential Care Homes and Extra Care (Domiciliary) as well as Management. I have a Level 2 and 3, D32, D33 and Diploma In Leadership for Health & Social Care Level 5, as well as other qualifications, including QCF Level 3 in End Of Life, Specialist in Dementia, and Train the Trainer in Moving & Handling.
